Una vez notificada, el procedimiento es el siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Si el administrado no est\u00e1 de acuerdo con el expediente de expropiaci\u00f3n,\u00a0<i>tiene derecho a impugnarlo en el plazo de 15 d\u00edas<\/i>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Revisadas sus alegaciones, el \u00f3rgano competente dispone de un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 20 d\u00edas para emitir resoluci\u00f3n motivada al detalle, indicando la\u00a0<i>necesidad de la ocupaci\u00f3n<\/i>. De lo contrario,\u00a0<i>podr\u00e1 ser impugnada y podr\u00eda declararse nula<\/i>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>El justiprecio debe atender<i> al valor del terreno y los derechos o intereses patrimoniales que pueda haber,<\/i> pudiendo ser impugnado por el interesado. Una vez verificado, la Administraci\u00f3n dispone de seis meses para hacer el pago, devengando los intereses correspondientes a partir de dicha fecha. Y si el retraso es superior a cuatro a\u00f1os, podr\u00e1 solicitarse una nueva valoraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> Nuestros asesores le informar\u00e1n de sus derechos ante una
