Argumenta que la junta no estaba <b>v\u00e1lidamente constituida<\/b> al contar con un solo propietario presente.<\/p>\n<p>El tribunal confirma la validez de los acuerdos adoptados en dicha junta, celebrada en <b>segunda convocatoria<\/b>, donde no se requiere cu\u00f3rum. La comunidad en cuesti\u00f3n est\u00e1 formada por solo dos comuneros, y la junta fue <b>convocada correctamente<\/b>. El \u00fanico asistente representaba el 37% de las cuotas de copropiedad, y la ausencia del otro comunero fue voluntaria.
